A simple Guide To Boost The Performance of your Computer






Overview-



A computer can be defined as,"A machine which is capable of performing various arithmetical and logical operations at a very high speed". Computer is made up of word "Compute" which means to "Calculate".



Calculator can be consider as a first ever computer which was made to perform various arithmetical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division but, today due to advancement of technology a calculator can able to solve various complex equations too.



Initially computers were made for only calculation purpose but now a computer is a rich source of communication and entertainment.



One can enjoy movies, video, music and much more on computer, besides this a computer played a essential role in studies and employment sectors. Today computer becomes an important part of everyones life due to their reliability, durability and access throughout all the section of world.



Since, a computer is still a machine, and machine needs lots of care and proper activities for their better performance. Are you facing problem due to slow speed of your computer? Do you have difficulties during surfing? Or Usually your computer gives message like"not Responding" etc.

Similarly when we perform various activity on Microsoft office, word, excel etc, our computer saves temporary files into the disk.These temporary files are responsible for slow speed of your computer. To avoid this you can easily clean these dead files from your computer.



To Remove Temporary Files follow following steps-



1.Go to "My Computer" And right click on "Properties".



2.Click on "Disk Cleanup"



After scaning you are asked to delete files



3.Select "Delete"



This will clean all temporary files present on your computer and enhance the speed of your computer.Organise your data



Computer often takes more time than the actual time to search the files into disk, due to this to increase the speed and computer access, computer divides the file into different parts but after updates these files are saved into the disk at different sectors.



This step makes computer slow because computer have to search these files again in different sectors of disk which probably increase the accessing time of computer. To avoid this we need a defragment program which connects all the file at different disk location.



To perform Disk Defragment follow following steps-



1.Go to "My computer" and right click on "Properties".



2. Select "Tool Tab"



3.Click on "Defragment now"



4.Select Disk you want Defragment and then click "Analyse".



After analysing computer will ask for defragmentation, to peform computer defragment all data are organised according to computer ease.Install Antivirus



Virus and Spy-ware are mostly responsible for slow speed of computer.They can also harm your personal data as well as system files of windows.



You are needed to update your anti-virus and spy-wares timely. You can install some paid programs such as Nortan anti-virus, Quick heal anti-virus etc or simply you can download and install free program such as Avast anti-virus.Minimize your page history



If you are facing problem due to slow speed of your web access then for faster web browsing we are having a solution for internet explorer.



To increase the speed of your web access, kindly reduce the page history of your web browser (Internet explorer, firefox., etc).



To Minimize Page History follow the following steps-



1.Go to "Internet Explorer".
