How To Installing a deb file to iOS Device

What is a .deb file?

For the sake of definition, a .def file can be regarded as an installation file for Cydia tweaks. These files don't install any application like games to your iPhone (they are .ipa files) Instead they install tweaks like barell.Where do I get a .deb file?

Mostly you can install the tweaks directly from Cydia. But sometimes this is not possible, either because you donot know the source or because the source is down, or when you need an older version of a tweak. In such cases, you can search the web for the tweak and download it.Is it illegal?

Whenever I write a post on jailbreaking, I include the capsule "is it illegal". This is because alot of iDevice users think that jailbreaking is illegal. Jailbreaking is in fact a 100% legal process. Once you buy the device, you own all rights to do whatever you want with it. So, jailbreaking or installing such tweaks are all not illegal. However, please be warned that you void your warranty by doing so.
